The GPS tracker allows you to monitor your vehicle, motorcycle, assets, or loved ones in real time using our mobile app or web platform.
Install and power on the device, download our mobile app, create your account, subscribe to a tracking plan, and add your device using the IMEI or QR code. Once activated, your device will begin sending location updates.
Yes. An active subscription is required for live tracking, alerts, and history playback.
Yes. You can monitor your device anytime using the mobile app.
GPS accuracy is usually around 3–5 meters in open outdoor areas. Accuracy may decrease indoors, underground parking, tunnels, or areas with poor signal.
Update frequency depends on your selected plan. Typical updates range from every 10 seconds to every few minutes while moving.
Possible reasons include weak cellular signal, drained battery, device turned off, SIM/network issue, or temporary server maintenance. The device usually reconnects automatically once signal or power is restored.
Yes. Most devices temporarily store location data and automatically upload it once the connection is restored.
Yes. You can use the Playback or History feature to review routes, stops, distance traveled, and trip times.
Battery life depends on tracking frequency, movement, signal strength, and device model. More frequent updates use more battery.
Battery percentages are estimated based on voltage readings and may adjust shortly after charging begins.
Yes. You can enable low battery notifications in the app.
You may receive alerts for low battery, geofence entry/exit, speeding, SOS button press, device online/offline status, and vibration or movement detection.
A Geofence is a virtual area you create on the map. You will receive alerts when the tracker enters or exits that area.
Yes. Push notifications are supported through the mobile app.
SMS alerts may be available depending on your subscription and notification settings.
No. A SIM card is already included and pre-configured when you purchase the GPS device. This ensures the tracker works properly with our platform and subscription service.
GPS trackers use very little data, typically around 10–50MB per month.
Currently, the tracker is supported for use within the United States only. International coverage may be available in the future.
Yes. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
Yes. You can manage multiple devices from a single account.
Yes. You can generate a temporary live tracking link to share with family or friends.
Yes. Multiple users can log in and monitor the same device depending on permissions.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
Tracking services may stop until the subscription is renewed.
The physical device may still power on, but tracking and platform services may be disabled without an active subscription.
Yes. Plan changes can usually be done from your account or through customer support.
Try moving the device outdoors, checking the battery level, restarting the device, verifying your subscription is active, and checking mobile signal coverage.
GPS may be temporarily unavailable indoors or in areas with weak satellite reception.
