This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing product shipments, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through KIMUQ.
1. Shipping Availability
KIMUQ currently ships products exclusively within the United States.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States will not be processed at this time.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days following successful payment authorization.
Processing times may be extended during:
- Holidays
- Promotional periods
- Inventory shortages
- High-volume sales events
KIMUQ reserves the right to delay shipment for fraud prevention or order verification purposes.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines after shipment include:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 Business Days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond KIMUQ’s control.
4. Shipping Carriers
KIMUQ may utilize third-party carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL eCommerce
Carrier selection is determined at KIMUQ’s discretion.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package dimensions and weight
- Selected delivery method
Applicable promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
6. Tracking Information
Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information via email once an order has shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active within the carrier’s system.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before submitting an order.
KIMUQ is not responsible for failed deliveries, shipping delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
KIMUQ is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Damaged Deliveries
Customers must report damaged shipments within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Order details and shipping information
KIMUQ reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, refund, or exchange requests.
10. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be returned in good physical condition
- Original packaging and included accessories must be returned
- The product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
Return requests submitted after the return period may be denied.
11. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Activated subscription services
- Digital services already consumed or activated
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Incomplete returns missing accessories or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items, where applicable
12. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The incorrect item was shipped
- The product is confirmed defective upon inspection
13. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where prohibited by law or where the return results from a KIMUQ error.
