Every KIMUQ GPS tracker includes a 12-month limited warranty, with continued protection available while your subscription is active.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Device malfunction under normal use

Extended Protection (Subscription-Based)

As long as your subscription remains active, your device continues to be covered beyond the initial 12 months for eligible issues.

How It Works

  • 1. Contact Support - Reach out to our support team with your device details.
  • 2. Remote Diagnosis - We will first assess and troubleshoot the issue remotely.
  • 3. Replacement (if needed) - If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a replacement unit.
